Terms & Conditions for Algo Trading Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines we provide. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding agreements. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and current.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• You shall be liable for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Use of the Platform

• The Platform provides algorithmic trading tools and access to financial markets.
• You acknowledge that trading involves risks, including loss of principal.
• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Algorithmic Trading and Risks

• The algorithms are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee profits.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating trading strategies before deployment.
• Market conditions can change rapidly, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Client Monitoring and Alert Protocol

Clients are responsible for self-monitoring their trading accounts regularly. In case of any account drop-downs or aggressive trading activities triggered by algorithms, clients must take screenshots of the relevant account activity. These screenshots should be promptly sent to alert@myfxsignal.com via the designated communication channels.

Additionally, clients must inform their Portfolio Team immediately upon observing such activities to ensure appropriate action is taken.

7. Backup Requirements for Algorithmic Trading Accounts

All accounts using trading algorithms are required to maintain a minimum backup of 30% of the account balance at all times.

This backup is mandatory to accommodate market volatility and prevent significant losses.

Clients must ensure this backup level is maintained continuously, especially during periods of high market volatility.

8. Manual Intervention and Responsibility

• Important: If you manually intervene or cut trades that are executed by the algorithms, we are not responsible for any resulting losses, damages, or failures.
• The algorithms are designed using advanced AI models and include calculations based on chart patterns and other technical indicators.
• Warning: Placing manual trades on top of algorithmic trades is highly risky and can lead to unpredictable outcomes. We strongly advise against manual interference with algorithm-driven trades.
• - In case of algorithm failure or miscalculations, we do not accept liability for manual trades or any damages incurred.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, algorithms, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Data and Privacy

• We may collect, store, and process your data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
• You consent to the use of your data for providing and improving our services.

11. Fees and Payments

• Access to certain features may require payment as specified on our Platform.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
